Yes, within limits! Here’s why:
The Torah’s way of life does not obligate non-Jews (see here). Yet non-Jews are welcome to fulfill many aspects of Torah observance voluntarily. Teaching the Torah academically to people who neither believe in its divine source in principle nor will be affected by it in practice violates the Torah in law and spirit. Teaching God’s words to Bible believers striving through them to deepen their connection to God is an essential part of our mission (see here).
